18 February - What I'm Thankful for Today

Good evening. It's been a good day today. It started with getting 8 hours of sleep.
So, yes, I'm thankful for 8 hours of good sleep. It could have been better if I wasn't up and down several times through the night, but I got eight hours and I'm thankful. It kept me going through the day.
I'm thankful for the Military Market this morning. I sold two books. Everyone who was there sold books today, so it was a good day.
I'm thankful I got my steps. After getting 11K yesterday, getting 8 today wasn't easy. Standing all morning didn't help either. I tried sitting, but it didn't help, I was always standing to ask people if they wanted to buy a book. Most of the people at the market were interested in the food items for sale. So, getting my steps this morning was difficult. I needed to walk the hallway circuit and garage five times to get my steps.
I'm sorry I wasn't here much today. I know I won't be here tomorrow, so I'll come back on Monday to a lot of notifications. That's what happens when you have fun and don't have time to be here.

Sounds like you got everything done today. I walked a little over three miles and It might be four before I go to bed tonight. Do you count your steps and miles on your cell phone. I only discovered I had this on my cell about a month ago.

I'm thankful for the lovely day. It was gorgeous out and I wish the weather would always be that way, but I can't have it both ways. Tomorrow begins another warming trend.

I am thankful for walking all two feet, see, touch and feel. Even meal three times a day is a blessing.

Glad you were able to sell a couple of more books this morning.
Sorry that you had some difficulty getting your steps in as easily as you have on other days.
I am thankful for our crockpot which I used today to make homemade soup. Not counting the coffee maker, our crockpot is my favorite kitchen appliance.
