That looks like a nice T shirt and help him feel a bit more positive in this tough time of his You are doing a noble service by helping him. Ankle and Knee operations could imply restricted movement for at least a few months I suppose!

It is him actually. He can stand and walk a little for short periods but he has a long way to go yet. He may never work again which is a huge concern for them.
