Crazy but true.
The water company supplying us informed us that there will be water interruption. This will be from tonight until Tuesday night. They said they to need to repair something.
It is quite difficult to survive without water. I have water containers here but I am not sure if this is enough as this will be the first time there will be no water for that long. I heard the company will supply some water with 3 pails limit each household per day?!?
It will be tough for sure

Oh no! Hopefully they can get the water up and running sooner. Do you have anywhere you can go for shower nearby? A friends or family / relatives?

@rakski Darn it. Yes - I hope you have enough water supply or the water comes back sooner than expected.

@infatuatedbby I think now that we have enough water to last us until the end of the time that there is no water.

Just be aware of how much water you use need. And, I am sure you'll be fine.

@kaylachan yes, it is better to know ahead of time so people can prepare

That would be difficult. Even here with a ready, steady supply available of bottled water, that would be good for drinking and brushing teeth and what not. But bathing would be something difficult to forego. Makes it hard to flush toilets too, although it can be accomplished.

I am sure it will be difficult, but at least you have water. in the form of bottles. We had our water off for 3 days in the big storm of last year, since everything here is related to the electric.

Oh my! I can't live without water... It's good we have two sources of water at home, one from the water company and another is from our own deep well...

@rakski Yes, we use the water from our deep well in cooking, washing dishes and bathing...
We just use the water from the water co. in washing clothes and watering plants..

I hope you have access to water before much longer. I am sure it is a constant worry that you won't have enough to last.

I'm very glad. No water at all would be such a nightmare.

Are you under Maynilad or Manila Water? I've noticed that this has been going on since last year for the southern part of MM.

@merrybelle2021 I think we actually have more than enough or at least enough to last until tomorrow

@rakski You'll have to buy more containers to last 2 days.

The way they tell people here to store water is to have three gallons per person per day, for things like drinking, cooking, washing hands and flushing toilets. I hope you have enough.

I feel your pain.
Our water has been off since Monday - and its now Sunday.
Our pipes froze with the extreme cold and it won't warm up enough - possibly for weeks
Friends are helping us out, with buckets of water and I'm collecting snow to melt - but its a real hassle.

Next time you can install a small water tank to load water and have it connected to your needs.

that is dangerous. Water is required for washing utensils, cooking food, bathing, etc. Without water it is very difficult to survive
