Yesterday we had some rain and the day was cloudy and grey, despite the temperatures being a bit higher, there was no sun so it felt even colder, the wind was freezy. I had cold feet all day and when that happens I can't warm up. When I got home, it was warm inside but it took me a while to feel warm. Today I have warm socks Do you find it difficult to keep warm if your feet are cold?

Fortunately for us, we seldom experience cold feet. Being in a tropical country, we do not have snow

Oh, yikes! I freeze just thinking about cold feet. They hurt so much and last so long. The best cure for cold feet is not getting them. lol

@nela13 I agree! The lady who does my fairy hair spent 2 weeks in Portugal. I think she's back now, so I will text her to see how she liked it. She wanted me to go with her! I wish I could have.

Sometimes, I have thick socks on today though. I even slopped some water on the floor and they protected me..

No, I'm usually too warm. At night, I stick my feet outside the covers to help me cool down.

@nela13 Before I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, yes, I preferred Winter. Now, it doesn't really matter to me what the temperature outside is... I'm comfortable enough no matter what it is.

Yes. The minute it turns cold, my feet freeze, Ut us gard ti warn them up. Even if I wrap the heating blanket around my feet, it takes forever to warm them up.

I can't sleep if my feet are cold. Mostly in the winter now I wear socks to bed to try to help me sleep.

My hands and feet are cold most of the time in the winter. I find movement and exercise helps. Before I go to bed, I soak my feet in real hot water for about 15 minutes and my feet stay warm all night under the covers.

@nela13 Whatever works is good. I find that if I don't warm my feet before I go to bed I have a hard time falling asleep.

@nela13 Also if you have cold feet put a hat on to keep the warmth going down and it does not escape from your head
