Thursday Morning Brief

Good morning, myLot. Right now it's partly cloudy and looks like it will be a beautiful day. However, looks can be deceiving. It's a First Alert weather day for most of Wisconsin. Snow will reach us at 4 PM and last until noon tomorrow. We're expecting about 5 inches of heavy wet snow. 
Winter isn't over yet.
My day started at 3:30 this morning. I thought about going back to bed, but then remembered I wanted to get the laundry done this morning. It's done, folded, hung, and put away. I just finished my first 3000+ steps, and in a little while, I'll take the garbage down since the garbage people are here right now, so the bins will be empty and not overflowing.
As for my plans today. It will be a quiet day with the only thing I plan on is Canasta this afternoon and getting the rest of my steps. And working on Where Eagles Soar. That's it. So, I will be here today and should catch up on all my notifications and visit with you in your world.

Your weather today sounds like what we'll be getting tomorrow. We have a winter advisory from Friday into Saturday.
I'm sitting here enjoying my coffee listening to all the banging and sawing upstairs as my son and grandson work on the bathroom.

@just4him I love Canasta. I haven't played it in years but I used to play with my Dad, Nan and Pop. I loved it so much. I hope you have a fabulous day!
Right now it is about 12:30am here. I am MyLotting and watching a movie on Netflix. I'm watching "Love Actually." I haven't seen it before.

@just4him I know what you mean. I don't often watch romance movies really. I usually prefer action, horror and thriller. I still haven't finished Love Actually. I wasn't hating it. Just finding it hard to get into it.
