The sink is full of dirty pots, pans, the blender, you name it. And I´m tired. The next time I invite someone, I´ll serve a Caesar salad to begin with. After all there will be apperitives. I have already crossed out some of the things I will serve. I will not make hummus. The tuna mousse is more than enough. I´ll have Camembert cheese and olives. The tuna mousse and baked samon with mashed potatoes as main dish. grapes to end it all. I discovered that I don´t have wine or Coca Cola (yuck). I´ll call María to see if she drinks any of that. I have a bit of very good white wine. It might be enough. I tasted the mousse and it is delicious. I added some extras that weren´t in the original recipe such as a tiny bit of diced and then blended bunch onions. Just a touch of it. I´ll wash the dishes (or clean them enough so that they can be washed in the dish washer). I´ll have fun tomorrow, friends. And Lili just called me to invite me on Saturday for lunch. So it will be a busy week end. Busy in the good way.
