Have You Been Feeling This Way Lately?

Have you been feeling cold, weak, fatigued, or having low motivation, muscle weakness/issues, frequent headaches, feeling sluggish, or with brain fog? Do you have brittle and/or weak hair and nails? Have you noticed your hair seems to be thinning? Does your skin feel/appear dry? All of the above are symptoms of vitamin deficiency.

I suffer from some of those symptoms, but not due to vitamin deficiency. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 26 years ago and osteoarthritis 10 years ago.

I am sorry, I know that both those conditions are painful.

I'm sorry to hear that. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis about 30 years ago.

@LadyDuck I've learned to manage them both and don't let them slow me down too much. True, I can't do all the physical things I once could, but I do push myself to do all I can.

I started losing my hair at 30, male pattern baldness. I have taken a few vitamins since my late 20s and generally have plenty of energy for an old guy.

That's good. Smart to add vitamins to our diet. Vegetables aren't as good as they used to be.

@JamesHxstatic ...........I'm glad I live in a farming area. We have some great roadside markets. I wish I got out more. They have much better fruit and vegetables.

That does sound like something is lacking from your diet. I would research it if I were you. I hope that it is not anything too terrible.

In mine? No, but I do take a multivitamin daily. I know I don't get many of the vitamins because I don't eat vegetables much.

Those symptoms could be vitamin deficiency but also many other problems. It only takes a few minutes to have a blood work and check if there is a vitamin deficiency and which vitamins.

@celticeagle I get vitamins from food, as well as my husband. We discovered he did not need supplements because he is undergoing plenty of tests because of the symptoms you described. It's not because of vitamins

Nope. My skin is pretty dry; but other than that, I'm fine. Thank you for the post.

No, I have never faced all the symptoms but yes I do feel fatigued some days but that is because of the diabetes
