Tomorrow I will have to wake up early, hurry to turn off the alarm and put on a bathrobe to receive Juanito, the man that brings me the gas. I will ask him to sell me another cylinder as it is empty. So I put my purse with the credit card nearby. After that Anita will come, maybe when Juan is changing the cylinder. And after that, the busiest day of the week will begin. And that includes the arrival of groceries and the procesing of some of it. I want Anita to wash a kilo of spinach I bought. I will cook it and save part of it to make oeufs en cocotte. That will be the first dish for Humberto and Dixie. Sleep tight, friends. See you tomorrow
