I had leftover mashed potoates from Saint particles day, coconut rice and I put cheddar cheese and a soft taco shell. Then I put the potatoes and rice on top and rolled it up and ate it. My husband remarked on how healthy I was eating

. I told him I don’t care I was starving and my goal is to eat up the leftovers.

. I have been seeing similar recipes online. Except most of them incorporate peppers or mushrooms.

We baked chicken in barbecue sauce last night, had store bought rolls and made fried green beans to go with them. That's what I'm eating for lunch right now. I laid out a package of hamburger meat to thaw so I could make spaghetti for supper late tonight.

I baked chicken thighs last night! I just salted them a teeny bit and called it good. We had salad with it. I might be a total goof ball and toss some Mac N Cheese together tonight. Broccoli with it and leftover chicken.
