@JudyEv You notice the short legs more when they are pregnant. I am checking the sheep in the field across the narrow country road, three ave very pregnant, I cannot wait to see the baby lambs.

My sister is pretty quiet and sometimes we run out of things to say just a little. So doing a jigsaw together works for us.

@rebelann There are plenty of American terms that I'm not familiar with so don't feel bad. There is also something called a 'fruit mince' which is mix of dried fruits all minced up together.

You probably just call potato pie something different. It's cooked mince which might or might not have vegies added and topped with mashed potato.

@FourWalls They are pregnant but they still get huge bellies for their size. Some have three or four kids so I guess all those babies take up a lot of space. One of the does have 5 babies!!

When I come back from Ireland I might borrow some from her. She has some really nice ones. She is over an hour away so a bit far to go too often just to do jigsaws! lol

Glad that you spent a great time with your sister solving those puzzles and crosswords. I enjoy doing them too. It would be quite engaging and a good pastime activity too. By the way, the goats look very pretty as you said.

Is a potato pie kind of like a chicken pot pie? Or is it more of a dessert like sweet potato pie? I like jigsaw puzzles I haven’t worked on one in years.
