A Day With Darlene

Yesterday I went out with a colleague and we had a nice walk at the park and said hello to the sheeps and then had a lovely brunch at a local cafe here in Batheaston. We both had the salmon dish which was really divine.
We also managed to go to the city centre and went window shopping at the charity shops and failed. We bought things instead of just looking at them. Luckily they are cheaper than the ones that are brand new. We had coffee and did groceries before we parted ways.
I am very happy to have human interaction yesterday. But I think it was too exhausting. I felt bad around evening and Andre rescued me by ordering me nice comfort soup and fried rice. He takes care of me despite the distance thank God for that.

@flapiz There’s nothing worse than having to work when you have a migraine. Thankfully, you survived.
I saw on your Facebook story (yesterday,? The day before?) where you posted a photo with another girl. Was that other girl Darlene?

Your brunch looks like it was delicious. And it sounds like you had a great day, which is nice. We had cold, drizzly rain all day, it snowed a bit this morning, but not for very long. Glad you got to go, but sorry you are exhausted from it.

@MarieCoyle Today my migraine is finally easing off so I am a bit happy. I did have to send my boyfriend off so mildly sad but we at least have a happy cook up. Teamwork.

The sun is trying so hard to shine here. However, we do have a strong possibility of bad thunderstorms and even tornadoes later on today, but you never know for sure about tornadoes--they have a mind of their own!
It's nice to have a break, I hope you enjoy your day.

Yesterday I went shopping with great-aunt. I bought some shorts and bought some online too. Yeah looking at stuff always fails with me too.

Yep it gets a bit lonely here on my own. My fiance lives on another island so mostly I am on my own apart from my landlady. She's on holiday this week which gives me a bit of freedom but the house is too quiet.
