Well, who knew I would have some extra time this morning. I have an early appointment in the city for this clinical trial. Not looking forward to it, at all, but it is what it is as they say. It just better be shorter than it was last time. I was there nearly 3 hours!. It should be. Anyway, hoping to hit Panera and Trader Joe's while there.There is also a group meeting at the library today. I should go. I may not be feeling it though. We willl see how everything works out. Anything planned for you today?

What is it a paid trial?

It is a clinical trial to test a med already on the market.

@RebeccasFarm Thanks, yeah it was Ok. I was kind of worried I would get stuck with the placebo, but I am pretty sure it was the actual dose.

Yes, you test to see if a medication is working.

@Adie04 No, it is testing a dose of medication that is not available on the market in that strength...to see what the results are. That is what this particular study is about, but they could be completely new medications in some cases.

Got off my work shift an hour ago and now I'm relaxing by being here in myLot.

@snowy22315 I hope that you do not get this. I had to run out for something after I finished work and the wind was so raw and cold. I had the heat on high in the SUV and I still wished that I had worn my leather gloves.

I went to Trader Joe's g. store while in the city...picked up a few things, but most things were so expensive...

@snowy22315 It is horrible. Every time I go grocery shopping I notice how much more expensive the bill is and I already gave up to buy too expensive things.

Hope your clinical trial isn't as long as the last one. Think of me when you're at Panera

I know, it really was. Luckily they had internet there so I could use it during the down time. Today though, took less than an hour..so I really didn't have time to play with my phone. They kept me pretty busy...
