Last year, just before I took a break from mylot, i told a friend here that I shall make a rose in her honor. But it was only in January that i was finally able to crochet roses with her in mind.
I don’t like making promises as I don’t like breaking them. I do try my my best though.
I don’t find it easy to crochet roses but I did enjoy making them.
Are the flowers blooming where you are now?

Those are beautiful roses! So far, only daffodils and a few trees are flowering here. We'd have to drive past our old house to see it Spring crocus have been blooming. Usually, they bloom before daffodils but the new owner was trying to kill the Spring crocus last year. *shrug*

Not really a few here and there.
Those are lovely Toni.
I have not crocheted anything like that, only a few pot holders when I was a child.

You did a great job with those roses, they turned out wonderful!
Yes, the flowers are blooming everywhere here where I live, as we are fully into the spring season now. It’s forecast to rain all week in my part of the country, so next week we’ll see an explosion of new flowers after all the rain.

@toniganzon I am, to a certain extent, but I think I’ve already been through the worst of our pollen season this year, so hopefully now I can just enjoy the beauty of all the flowers that will abound.

Here we had a lots of blooms fron mid January to March as that was spring. Now very few flowers are there. Some like hibiscus bloom throughout the year.

Oh my goodness, look at those beautiful roses. So sorry I am late. Have been a little busy offline lately. You are the best. Such a great job you did with these. I could never have enough patience to crochet. Thank you, as my day has now been made. Much needed my friend. My roses will be blooming in a few weeks.

You did a fine job. Our daffodils have finished blooming. The trees are now in full bloom.
