It's 5.00am and I can’t sleep so here I am. Only one more sleep and we’ll be winging our way home.
Today is Mayo Day and I believe there will be stalls and lots of entertainment in the streets today so that’s where we’ll probably head.
The collage shows scenes from our boating trip on Lake Conn in Ireland. We rowed towards the island which you can see in the two photos on the left. Upper right shows two seabirds perched on a rock, and lower right shows on the wonderful cloud formations that we see here.
The water was very dark and near the tiny island there were markers drawing attention to hidden rocks. At the speed we were going, we wouldn’t have done much damage even if we had hit one.

It would be a refreshing ride. But why does it look so gloomy? I mean the dark clouds in one area, The good side of it is that there's also a bit of sunshine in part of the sky. As one Mylotter, Steve Marshall @innertalks said: We should look at the positive side of things.

The weather changes very quickly here. The sky can be gloomy one minute and sunny the next.

@FourWalls We are just pretty sad that this son of ours is so far away. He is a kind and caring person. We haven't seen him for three or four years so he has probably noticed quite a difference in us.
