Never enough time

It is time to go out the door, but I wanted to drop by here. The school board let us drop the last 2 1/2 days of school, because we had built in snow days to the schedule and did not need them. That made me happy. Hubby fixed my mower pull cord last night, and I let it sit to evaporate some extra fuel. I mowed. That made me happy. In fact, I was so happy last night I could hardly sleep. . . or was that "I was so annoyed by the cat in my way I could hardly sleep?" Be that as it may, it is time to go to work. Happy Tuesday, people!!

Enjoy your day at work. We haven't had enough dry days to be able to finish mowing the back yard yet... And the front yard needs to be mowed again.

How is hubby feeling strength wise, these days? My dad's wife likes mowing the lawn. My dad used to do it, and his eyes were completely red when he'd get through. It bothered him so much, around year 5 of taking care of my mom, he doused the backyard with weed killer so he wouldn't have to mow at all! Diana amended that after they married.

@GardenGerty That's so true. I just missed a phone call which might have been important. The batteries in one handset gave out and I didn't have time to get to the other.

It would have made me happy too to do the work outside, but unfortunately, can't do anymore. We have someone who does an excellent job for us. They came yesterday.

That is great you got to drop 2 1/2 days from your work schedule and that your hubby was able to fix your mower for you. I had a bunch of unusual dreams last night. Have a blessed day
