Getting ready to go

I decided to write a little post while I am waiting to leave for the doctors. It takes us a little over an hour to get there. Doctors are further away than I expected them to be when we decided to move here. We have come to consider these trips to the doctor to be road trips. I though that I would should everyone the cross stitch that I finished yesterday. I thought it turned out pretty good. What do you think? I am trying to get up a collection of pieces to place online for sale. Hope everyone is have a great day.

@HazySue I learnt in school when I was 6 years, the nuns taught us to sew and to embroider. I still do time by time.

Thanks. I have been cross stitching for years. My grandmother taught me when I was just 6 years old.

Your gnome is so cute and you did a great job. I cant do cross-stitch anymore because my eyes have gotten horrible when it comes to doing close up stuff

That is so cute. My mother used to cross stitch. I have tried it, but I can't keep the needle threaded.

I have been stitching all of my life. I tried to teach my girls but...none of them really liked sitting still long enough to finish a piece.
