That can work. I’ve seen people make smoothies with ingredients that you’d think won’t go together and they love them.

@lovebuglena Absolutely. I used to put healthy stuff in my smoothies that I never liked on their own, but a sweet fruit covers a multitude of bad flavors.

I have not tried eating a salad having both of those. Nothing wrong in trying eating those two together. But I don't think I would like it.

We shouldn’t turn something down just because we think it won’t be good. We should try it first.

Jimbo (LoL) mentioned he had bought bananas and tomatoes in one of his discussions so I thought maybe they’d go together. He doesn’t seem to think so lol.

I love eating both separately but I cannot imagine mixing banana and tomato and eaten as a salad. I can mix tomato and avocado it's so good but looks like I cannot have banana and tomato.

Sometimes things we think won’t go together turn out to be good.

Sometimes, it's just because we've never tried something or thought about it, that makes things sound strange. Having said that, it still sounds very STRANGE to me.

I think taking bananas and tomatoes together can increase acidity.

I enjoyed the bananas and tomatoes separately, I didn't think to mix them up. It might taste weird if mixed.

@astutimeliana723 I need to buy tomatoes and bananas first. I don’t have any.
