I was reading your posts and I happened to glance at the time, It is past 9 pm
So I´ll go and eat my artichoke and prepare myself for bed. I have been in bed mylotting or napping part of the day but that does not count.
Now I will get ready to sleep. But first is dinner.

Enjoy your dinner. I don't feel like cooking tonight. I may just cut some more watermelon and eat that for dinner.

The artichoke was cooked and the mayo was in the fridge. I just needed a couple of dishes.

I only like the fresh ones, boil them and eat them with my hands. I make mayo to go with them. My mom used to make adressing for them (with salt, oil and lemon juice) and she placed it in little bowls in front of our dishes. I prefer mayo.

@Anqaya I added pepper to it when I grew up. But my mom did not cook with pepper for us when we were children. Pepper, hot chilis and murtard were added afterwards.

@marguicha I have never tried the fresh ones yet. I don't have enough time with classes and work. Mayo is good, but I also prefer the dressing ur mom made with most of my salads haha. I just add pepper on top of it.

Exactly. That´s what I do. And I only eat what I want and what my body accepts. I am eating less meat but not because of any philosophical idea.

@LadyDuck I don´t mind that too much because I live alone now and I eat a lot less. I could not eat a beef of the size I ate happily 20 or 30 years ago.

@marguicha - I also eat less meat for several reasons, the first one is that beef is too expensive.

It is over 10 pm here. I turned on the heater towards the bathroom but I will not take a shower with my tummy so full. Maybe I should turn the heater off and wait until tomorrow. The artichoke was delicious and very big.
