Squirrel Rubbish Collector

I went to Victoria park with my colleague the other day and saw this cutie rummaging the rubbish bin. I thought he was going to come out with human food but he still managed to find a leaf. I regret not having my better phone to take this photo. How are you today folks? Today is my day off and I am feeling so productive. Done hanging first load of laundry and sitting for breakfast. Today is going to be lovely and sunny so I intend to go out later on.

I could watch squirrels play all day. I know they are rodents, but they’re still so cute and funny! And, I love the photo you took!

@flapiz My dad’s backyard is full of them. I see them chasing each other, and then collapsing flat on their stomachs because they exhausted themselves. It’s so cute!

I will always find them cute as I never had the luxury of seeing them when I was young. Now as an adult it is still a treat to me.

And I thought raccoons frequent the trash cans, not a squirrel! I guess as long as it finds its leaf then it's all good. Today is also sunny and bright, so I also intend to hike the nearby parks near our home. All these parks have connecting paths even underground tunnels so we wouldn't have to cross the roads.

@flapiz Lots of them. They like the trees around the park, I am not really sure what kind of trees those are, but I figure they can either find food or shelter in those.
