Slow moving morning / myLot

I had a lot of muscle cramps during the night and so I did not want to get up this morning. I have not been eating bananas, or drinking pickle juice. So I had a banana and peanut butter on toast. Today is school picture day. I need to make myself a little presentable, so I am limiting computer time. Bob will go to a one week follow up to the VA today. Without me.

@cacay1 My problem is waking up several times during the night. I sleep for 3 or 4 hours and then start waking up every 90 minutes to 2 hours.

I had a lot of rain and sheet lightning but very little thunder... at least I only heard one extremely loud burst. I got up at 5 to pee but went back to bed and slept until 8:30. I think I had someone else's dream because the only familiar thing in it was not being able to turn off the radio no matter how many "off" swiches I pushed...
