Being disorganized

Being disorganized completely saps my energy. They say clutter is bad for your mental health. I rearranged some things a while back and now I am missing some logins and passwords that I need. My mess exhausts me. The particular things I am looking for I believe I have seen in the last week. I am frustrated.

Clutter drives me crazy. Everything has a place and I want it all where it belongs. I hope you find the things you need.

@DaddyEvil Found the booklets with passwords, but the ones I am looking for are not there. I did finally remember the website, though.

Too many papers everywhere. I did find my missing password books, but what I specifically want is not in either of them. However they are now safely in a desk drawer.

@GardenGerty Heh. Once in awhile I "consolidate." I think all of my "book chapters in progress" are in one folder now. My papers are another matter. I couldn't find the phone number today of someone needed to contact about a business thing, so I emailed her.

I keep reading lots of advice but it does not help a lot. I remember you clearing out a lot of things.

Me too...does it help you if I say so. I think we lose more things when we do not have an organized way of living. I have a parent who is a hoarder. I cannot invite anybody over and feel ashamed when anybody does visit me. But ...........this is how it is.

I am bad, Bob is worse. I want to buy him a storage outside, but I know he will not have the energy to use it.

Sometimes the more you look for stuff, you can't find it. And then when you're not looking for it, that's when they appear!

Problem is I rearranged things and got rid of some things. I know what I want--a couple of books of passwords--is here somewhere.

Found the booklet, what I want is not in it, but it is now with the index cards. Plus I remembered the name of the website I wanted.

I agree about being disorganised. We still have too much clutter in a way but when I go through 'stuff' there doesn't seem to be much I can throw out. I am slowly getting rid of some books so that's one good thing..

I don't blame you. I hate clutter; but my husband's room is a mass of clutter; and there are other parts of the house where clutter has taken over. Have a good week.
