Good morning. As promised, I'm bringing you the health report for the last week. I think I did well. This is for Friday, 8 September to present. My weigh-in on 8 September was 212.4. I had a calorie budget of 1993 calories. The total was 1489. Exercise burned 597 calories. Steps were 7.6K.
Saturday, 9 September - Weight: 212.4. Calories burned - 357. Calorie budget - 1753. Calories consumed - 1102. Steps - 7.4K
Sunday, 10 September - Weight - 212.4. Calories burned - 571. Calorie budget - 1967. Calories consumed - 1514. Steps - 7K
Monday, 11 September - Weight - 210.4. Calories burned - 521. Calorie budget - 1917. Calories consumed - 1404. Steps - 9.1K
Tuesday, 12 September - Weight - 210.9. Calories burned - 852. Calorie budget - 2557. Calories consumed - 1643. Steps - 12.7K
Wednesday, 13 September - Weight - 210.6. Calories burned - 676. Calorie budget - 2381. Calories consumed - 1259. Steps - 9.6K
Thursday, 14 September - Weight - 210.6. Calories burned - 733. Calorie budget - 2438. Calories consumed - 1559. Steps - 13.5K

As you can see, I lost two pounds this week, which makes me happy. All the exercise I've been getting has also made my right leg joint sore and caused me to limp. I talked about it with my new doctor yesterday and he told me what I can do besides walking. He said to keep exercising because it will help and use heat.
How are you doing with diet and exercise if you are trying to lose weight, or gain it? Thanks for reading.

Yay for you!! looks like you're doing really well Valerie. Sorry though that your knee is giving you problems and I hope the heat helps with the pain. Maybe you've been overdoing the walking with all the steps you've been getting in every day.

@Marilynda1225 Thank you. Darn, I like pushing myself. I'll follow orders. And go for another walk soon. I'm keeping them short, but still getting my steps.

You are doing great
Keep it up.. Hope the soreness with all the exercises go away soon. I tried hard to gain weight after Covid through diet and exercise. Now my goal is to maintain it and not gain or loose.

@just4him I am working on that. Going for regular walks and exercising every morning. Also keeping a check on my food intake. I am feeling good with all these healthy habits.

That's great to lose two pounds, I know how hard it is to lose. I think you did good!
I got lazy this past week and didn't do what I needed, so I gained the 2 I lost.

@just4him It is okay, it is what it is. Got my doctor's office weight today...and doc told me to lose weight
