Lovely Day

The weather was perfect. Traffic was light. People in the stores were polite. Even Walmart.
I got some heel supports for my shoes. I put the one in when I got back to the truck. It does seem to help. Of course my foot was a little sore by that time. But I don't think it got any worse after.
After the groceries were put away we took George horse a bale of hay. The grass has slowed down growing. So he was happy to get that.
I took mail over to one neighbor that was left in our box. Then walked on over and talked to the other neighbor. While we were talking a woman pulled in looking for her yellow cat. The neighbor and I both laughed. Between the 2 of us there is 6 yellow cats here 
. But we told her we would keep an eye out in case. But her cat has been missing since last month. That's not a good sign. Especially in the country.
I did get new barn shoes today. They should keep my feet dry in the mornings. The old pair was falling apart.
I already have my refund from Amazon for the package I returned. So I will place an order in the next few days for other things I need

It was nice here while we were out and about this morning... High humidity but we're expecting rain tonight so high humidity is just part of that.
We were out several hours this early morning. I had an appointment to get my monthly shots and had to have two sets of blood drawn at the doctor's office. My knee wasn't happy with the amount of walking we had to do and I had to show Pretty how to put air in one car tire. That was fun. She did a good job, though.

Hope you can relax today. I read a different comment and know you were getting a lot of rain. Glad Pretty now knows how to take care of the tires.

@wolfgirl569 We didn't leave the house today. I've been trying to walk around the house more to exercise the knee... it's feeling better.
I need to teach her how to check the fluids in the car and put gas in the tank next. The more both of us can do, the better things will be.

@wolfgirl569 I never go outside barefoot, you never know if there is something in the ground that could hurt your feet.

I have a pad in my slippers too. It's cooling down so I won't want to be barefoot outside anyways

One of our cats returned after 3 years but Preiti our dog who had liked him when he was here earlier did not welcome him and so he vanished again
