Just waiting

I am up. Bob is up. Trash to the curb. I cannot eat until after these tests. Worse yet, I cannot even drink any coffee. Probably because it raises your heartrate. At the end of last week we had nearly two inches of rain. Now all the weeds and grass have grown high. I am going to shut my eyes and pretend not to see it. I will obviously be offline for a good bit. An hour driving to the clinic, 2 1/2 hours of tests, and hopefully lunch out somewhere. Have a great Monday, one and all.

To have to start a day without coffee is just hard. I hope it all goes smoothly and you get to enjoy your coffee before long.

I have been cutting back on caffeine for about a week just to make sure I did not have a horrible headache today. No food allowed either.

@MarieCoyle I tried to cut down the week before the test. It helped with the headache. Now I am up to full capacity again.

@GardenGerty I can put off eating, but take my coffee away and I don't want to go. But sometimes, like you, I have to do the same.

Good luck with all the tests. Having a nice leisurely lunch afterwards will be a good thing to do.

Had a lunch at Jimmy's Egg. Tasty. I cook better, though.

We had a good day. It will be about three weeks until I have results. Unless something life threatening shows up, but I am assuming it will not.

I hope you are not having too terrible a day. Weeds are pretty high on my property but rain and wind keep me from messing with the lot. My excuse when it was sunny and dry out? I didn't care.

It took less time than they said and it was not really anything for me to be nervous about. I will get the results in about two weeks from now.

It only took half the time that they had said to plan for. That was because I could walk on an inclined treadmill instead of having to have a "chemical stress test".

Yes, we had a nice time together. The cardiology is mostly "just in case".
