Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken Alfredo, noodles, broccoli, cauliflower, pears
Dessert/Snack - Banana walnut muffin and decaf coffee
Dinner - Turkey/muenster cheese sandwich

Yesterday I had:-
Breakfast - Alpen cereal with blueberries on top and strawberries on the side.
Lunch - Chicken and Bacon Pasta Bake.
Dinner - Risi i Bisi.

@LindaOHio I ironed the laundry, cleaned the house and then worked for a while in the garden. It's time to pull out some plants and prune the bushes for the coming colder days.

Good morning to you. (Whoops I just noticed you posted this yesterday)..Not too healthy yesterday, but breakfast was oatmeal,lunch was ice cream, and pink lemonade, Pizza and salad for dinner.
