It's sunny here, but my feet are still cool as of 9 AM. I am on my second cup of coffee and am still wearing a light flannel shirt over my t-shirt. I think it will probably hit the 70s F here, Soon it will be time to cut down my decorate corn plants, and what's left of my sunflower plants. Snow pea planting time is at hand. How is the weather where you are? Any signs of Fall?

We're supposed to have some nice weather here. It's supposed to be on the warmer side. But fall is here though. There's definitely a fall feel.

We're having beautiful weather here in PA. It's almost 80 degrees, the sun is shining and I'm loving it. The only sign that Fall is coming is that it's getting darker so much earlier.

Fall is staying away here. It's 88 right now (31C). That might be another record new high. I'm not sure. But it is getting cooler, last week was in the 90s.

@TheHorse The corn is all harvested, so there's just brown stalks. It's very scenic.

It is 12:30 pm and 80F in my part of Missouri. Everything is still bright green here... no sign of Fall yet but, the forecast is showing a 50% chance of rain today and a high tomorrow of 70F... but then we'll be back in the 80s by the weekend. I will need to bring in my potted plants because the low for Thursday morning is supposed to be 40F and I don't want my plants to die.

Glad you're having nice weather as well. Would 40 F do in your potted plants?

@TheHorse Yes, even 45F would have a bad effect on my potted plants.

It's been in the 80s; but Friday it will drop into the 50s!!! Noooooo. And sundown is now 7:04. I want it to stay light until 9 pm and stay 65-75 every day! Have a great day.

Heh. The earlier sunset helps me get to bed earlier and be "healthy, wealthy, and wise."

Maybe it will be cooler next week. Maybe it will rain tomorrow. Some leaves have color. That is about as far as fall has progressed.

The leaves are falling, the temperature still warm considering that we are in October. Foggy mornings yesterday and today.

@TheHorse The fog in the morning is caused by the difference in temperature from the night and the moment the sun rises and warm up the air. Fog is caused by the condensation of water vapor into tiny liquid water droplets that hang in the air. Cooling of air near the surface due to cooler and humid nights cause fog to form.

Where does the fog roll in from? We have two kinds of fog here in the Bay Area.

Very nice here today but going to start cooling down. A few leaves are turning. But the big hint of fall is they are starting to harvest the crops

I still sit in front of my fan and outside the palm trees are still green. I miss the signs of autumn,
