What Did Someone Say to You That was Nice and Took You by Surprise

Sometimes life just makes you smile. Saturday, I was walking the halls, as I usually do at least once a day when I met a gentleman also getting his steps. He asked how I was, and I asked the same. Then he said, if I ever had a bad day, it would be really something because I'm always happy. It made me so happy to hear him say that. It's true, you know. I've been accused of being happy by several people who live here.
If I'm going to be accused of anything, I want it to be that I'm always happy. Because I am.

Several people left pms for me asking if I was okay and hoping I'd be back on myLot soon since I've been gone from myLot for 8 days... I didn't think anyone would notice I wasn't here.

Yes, being accused of being happy would be nice indeed. My grandson usually tells me he loves me as he turns to leave my room. He's a dear.

About the only thing I can think of is that my husband told me he loved me; and that was AFTER I told him! Have a good day.

Well that is a good thing to be accused of, definitely. I wish I could be known that way, but I am not a happy kind of person. People always like my colorful hair, that's the only thing I could think of. Compliments at all, always take me by surprise.

It's always good to meet some happy and nice people around us.
I went to the park with my children yesterday. An old gentleman told me I am very lucky because I have a good daughter. I did not know him, but I think he has seen my daughter playing in the playground and talked to her before. He thinks my daughter is good and beautiful. I think this is the first time someone said I am lucky because of my child. This really made my day.

Someone admired by shirt yesterday out of the blue. It is a nice looking sweatshirt with flower designs on the side. Glad people notice your happiness. It's good to be happy.
