New Deck on My Home

My house in Portland needed a new deck and the pool deck needed to be removed since we no longer have a pool. It is all done now and looks great. It cost more than I expected but that isn't surprising these days is it?
I have a new roof going on within the next month or so. It has not been replaced since the fire 28 years ago. Pretty soon I will be a lot poorer. But these are all repairs that needed to be done not just cosmetic things.
Other than that, not much has been going on. Nothing exciting that is for sure. I have been writing a lot but not much else.
It is that time of year again to choose my new Medicare Advantage Plan. I was planning to change but now that I have done all the comparison, I think I will stick with United Heathcare. I still have time until I need to decide.
Our new dog Remy is quite a hand full. Naughty as all get go!! Good thing she is so cute!!
That's about it for now. Sorry I am so unreliable, but I have a hard time getting out of my own way these days.

I just looked at your profile and I can't believe how many of your posts I have missed! It must be that when they get posted, they're way down on the list and I don't see them. But you're often still in my prayers and thoughts.

I have been thinking so much about you and wondering how you were! I'm so glad to see you here. Sorry you've had to have so many repairs. The deck looks wonderful. We are sticking with our Advantage Plan too. We have Medical Mutual. Would love to see a picture of your dog. What kind is she? I would love to write where you are writing; but I was turned down because I didn't have a blog or examples of my writing (I'm assuming). Have a good weekend and stop by more often!

Your deck looks great! I bet the new roof will be grand as well.
I am sticking with Molina Healthcare. I've had them for a couple of years now and am pretty happy.
Remy sounds like a challenge.

@sallypup United health care uses Renew but it works the same way and yes I used it at the Y.

All the plans I looked at paid for the gym either with Renew or with Silver Sneakers. It is the dental and vision that I worry about, all my prescriptions are tier one so are free.

I like my Medicare Advantage plan, but think I have seen some better ones. However, the thing is I don't think they are all available in this county. New deck looks great..that is what I wish I could get a new deck.

I used my Medicare book that they sent last month to check all the plans available in CT. I like the Aetna one but United Health Care has my dentist in the plan.

Yes my furnace is 3 years old and 3 years ago we also had to put a new motor in our well. It is never ending when you own a home.
