Cat Nap

I went outside to help the hubby lift the hood for the old tractor Saturday. He was determined to drain the gas out of it and refill with clean fuel and running it for awhile. I told him he needed to stop aggravating his shoulder and let it heal. He is just postponing the progress! But I gave in and told him if he HAD to do it, I would help him. After we finished that little project, he fired the tractor up and let it run for a bit. He still has some tweaking to do, but it is running! I turned and headed back inside to get dinner started and then I saw Tiger napping on the boat fender. He had the right idea for an afternoon nap in the sun! Do you like naps? I love to catch a nap when I can!

I seriously would love to do that but boutique day is not an option to get one in and usually Fridays are out too. Not sure I will keep antique store on Fridays with flea market runs. I usually do groceries after and that is a bit much.

@kareng While I was working at Wally World, I'd take a half hour nap on my lunch break every day.

Hopefully the tweaking won't be bad. I'd love to get it out of here. Next project for me to get gone is his old car that he bought after the tree fell on his other one. It's sitting parked where he left it. I want it GONE!

What a cutie! I don't think that position is very comfortable, but who knows what goes in their minds. I am sure I have taken naps in uncomfortable locations and positions when I was younger, so can't blame the poor kitty!

It is be he keeps aggravating it by lifting things too heavy. Now he was told not to do any lifting for first 3-4 days and he didn't listen. So of course he isn't feeling 100%! He's just adding more time on to healing.

Awe! I guess if you get good rest at night you don't need them! We both have trouble sleeping here, so naps are welcome when we can work them in!

Kitty looks so comfortable. I rarely nap but lately feel I want to lay down in the middle of the day. I do love a summer day outside reading and maybe closing my eyes and sleep some.
