And, by that I mean the hospital. The doctor stopped by, and reviewed the results of George's chest x-ray. He has some pnominia, but is already being treated with a second round of antibiotics. He was given a first round when he first arrived, and now round two. Common and expected given two weeks ago we had the stroke.

Pneumonia can be so hard to shake sometimes. When I have it, it wipes me out physically, I have to rest extra for days. I hope it continues to improve for him.
Does George get to go to a rehab soon? I know everyone's timeline for that is different.

@kaylachan I think he would get more out of rehab than just lying in a hospital bed.

Some of his medical team wants to send him straight to brooks, He wants to go home, it's a mess. I can't blame him, but he needs therapy to get back to driving and living.

Yes, after a hospital stay, we all just want to go home, I totally feel the same way. But you are right, he needs the therapy to get back to functioning at top capacity, so to speak. I know people can leave rehab when they want to leave, many do that after a short time. Since he is the driver in your family, I know you need him to be on top of his game to do that and other things. I hope it works out for him and for you.

I hope he gets rid of the pneumonia. Some things are so resistant to antibiotics. Hope he will get to go to rehab soon.

I have had pneumonia twice in my life. It's not fun at all. I hope he gets to go home soon.
