I have been watching news and talking to Leticia so there hasn´t been time to mylot.
Javier Milei, the insane candidate for president in Argentina won. People wanted a change as they have many problems so they elected someone who has offered everything. He taalks as if he was the mesiah and specially young people believed him. I hope Argentina survives him.
Our President sent him a message to greet him and Milei answered that he did not talk with such men. He told the people in Argentina that he will change the Argentine peso for dollars. He is crazy. Money has no value per se unless it is backed by wealth, so to say. And some people believe that he will fill their pockets with the green dollars so that they can go out and spend them.
I will stay her for 2 more days. Leticia and Jorge will take me back and Leticia will bring back some of the things that I´m not using. I will also give her a natural oil made with aloe vera and something else that will help her with her skin.
And the next day have an appointment with my doctor.

He is. I´m sure that many argentinians voted against the other side. I only hope that he can be stopped from doing all he has said.

@LadyDuck I know. I heard that he invited Bolsonaro, Brazil´s ex president. I´m sure that he won´t invite our president. But he will either have that calm down or he will lose adepts. He won in the second round with help.

The doctor gives me my arthritis pills. Arthritis is chronic. These are only pain pills.

@LindaOHio These pills have to be given to me by prescription. And the doctor has to adecuate my needs every 2 months. I don´t have problems with these meds though. And when I have less pain problems, I take less than what the doctor told me to have. I don´t want to get used to them in such a way that when I really have more pain it won´t help me any.

What you've written sounds like our country. I am so afraid of Trump winning. He's not just looking to run a second term, he's looking to run forever.No term. These types like him need to be irradicated.

It's always a mix of emotions when there's a significant political change.
On a personal note, it sounds like you're making good use of your time, both catching up on news and spending time with Leticia and Jorge. It's wonderful that you're sharing your natural oil with Leticia; those personal gestures can mean a lot.

The US news reported on Argentina's new leader. I don't think any world leaders are that impressed with him. He has been compared to Trump when he is on one of his wild tears, so there's that....I predict a wild ride.

@MarieCoyle To begin with, he is no diplomat. Our President messaged him to congratulate him for winning in the polite way all presidents do and he replied that he did not speak with people such as him. Milei is far right and our president is leftist, but that was only part of a protocol.
