What do you drink the most?

I feel like a lot of you are going to say coffee, but a few of you might say tea. This particular tea was in a mini advent tea calendar I received, and it was quite good. I drink water the most, and I am trying to get more into tea. I don’t add anything to it because I want to keep it as healthy as possible, although a little bit of honey would do no harm. What DO you drink the most often? *For some reason my photo still won’t load, even though it is the right size. I see others who can post them though. The picture WAS of a tea called African Solstice.

I love milk the most, but I know on a daily basis I drink mostly water, followed by coffee, followed closely by milk.

Do you like milk, or do you do it for the calcium? I should start paying attention to my calcium intake.

@Juliaacv As soon as my apartment maintenance puts a fluorescent overhead light in my kitchen, I plan to get the ingredients! It sounds so good. I just currently can’t see a thing, because my kitchen doesn’t even have a window.

@AmbiePam I actually love milk, I always have since a child. They thought I would drink less when they took me off of the bottle, but it never happened. I made that French toast casserole this morning to taste test it for Christmas. I used raisin in it to sweeten it and it was amazing. You have to try it Amber.

I am boring in the way of drinks - it's plain ol' water for me! I do drink green tea every morning - but on weekends it's coffee.

I drink water the most. I keep sipping a bit of it throughout the day. I find it the most refreshing drink and it keeps me healthy and hydrated.

@AmbiePam Yes, I have heard of cases where people were dehydrated and it lead to serious issues. They didn't realise that they are.

For me, the first is water. Then comes Tea and then juices/Soft drinks followed by Coffee. Of late, I have been consciously trying to avoid having much of Soft drinks and juices. May be you need to compress the image and then try to post.

I did, but alas, it didn’t work. Unfortunately, several people are having problems again. It is a good idea to lessen the amount of soft drinks we drink, and I am glad to say I am doing that too.

I've been having issues posting photos for a bit now, but to your question, I love drinking Dr. Pepper most, though I also enjoy sweet tea, and Snickers coffee.

I’m not sure why others can, but maybe it’s an on and off thing. Before I gave up soda, I tried strawberry cream Dr. pepper, and it was the best soda I have ever tasted, which surprised me.

@AmbiePam I hope that for those of us having issues, it gets fixed. Strawberry cream Dr. Pepper has a taste reminiscent to me of Strawberry syrup (that's for ice cream) it's a favorite of mine. Though original Dr. Pepper is good too.

Water. I keep bottles of it in the freezer, and then when they're frozen I thaw them out and drink them. I like my water cold.

@AmbiePam Well that is good that it will help that go away. I had to give up regular soda, but I will never give up the diet (zero sugar) versions lol. I should drink more water though....because I don't really drink any
