About an hour or so ago it thundered really loud then lo & behold it began to rain. Of course Roscoe was at the door cuz he wanted inside and the laundry I hung out earlier will now need to get a good rinse. It's still lightly sprinklin. Tomorrow, if it's sunny, I'll be able to see if the area that the plumber dug for the sewer pipe drain will have sunken.

@rebelann Thanks, it is going to be quite mild here, by our standards of course, on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. It will be a good year for those who need to travel.

Yay rain! Ah, you got that thunder . . . I have not heard that in a long time. We're getting some good rain this week - not sure what happens next week. Awwww, Roscoe and Tuffy are checking things out together . . .

. I know that song - and yep, very appropriate for our weather!

@rebelann Tuesday was on and off light rain. Wed and today were supposed to be the intense rain days, but tapering off after tomorrow. By Christmas it's supposed to be sunny. I guess this feels more like what it's supposed to be?

Oh wow, I'll bet that means we'll have another cloudy day tomorrow. The oddity today was the fog this morning, we rarely get fog Yeah, sunny for Christmas is the norm around here too. I just pray it doesn't snow, I'm not prepared for that.

It hasn't rained here since September and it's extremely dry so when the winds kick up so does the dust and it take a while for the rain to make it wet enough so the winds don't kick up dust.

With the dusty winds during the rain will usually mean my cloths will be somewhat dirty afterwards.

I am glad you had the rain, I know you needed rain. I hope the area the plumber dug is fine. Pets seems to look at "ghosts", I will never find out what Gevi looks.

You could be correct, perhaps it was a ghost they were watching I have not yet been outside to check but since Roscoe seems to have played a while outside this morning I am assuming all is well.
