The Totals are In

Okay, you know we had a blizzard here. And you've seen my progressive pictures. I just watched the news at 9 and saw the totals. It scrolled to fast for me to get a picture, but we got 13.5 inches of snow yesterday. 
The wind started blowing the snow off the trees and the roof, but it still looks awesome out there.
I called my son to find out how the roads are. He said bad and for my car, not to drive. So, though I hate missing church, I'm staying home tomorrow.
The temperatures are also steadily falling tonight. We'll have a high tomorrow of 6 F. with severe negative windchills. We'll have severe windchills for most of the week. We won't be back in double digits until Wednesday when the temp will be a warm 12 F. We'll still be in the deep freeze though with the negative windchills.

Wind, wind, wind and a scattering and dusting of sno... minus temps C. It may have been the wind that cleared off your car.

Church was cancelled for tomorrow is how my corner is doing. Wow on your snow. Its 22 here now and is supposed to fall to 12 tonight. NO I am not going anywhere tomorrow even if I was feeling super. Slight amount of snow and probably ice on the streets.

Yeah, I know you guys have gotten wallopped. Lots of family still back home In 'Scancin, down around the Milwaukee area, and I heard anywhere up to 17 inches total for them. We have an inch or two on the ground here and I am not a happy camper at all. lol
I do remember the blizzards though. I still have several pictures of the 2011 one we had on a rant I wrote about my broken snowblower on HubPages. It was a really bad one with drifts somewhere around 4 and 5 feet in some spots.

I hated having to cancel mine & I
was looking forward to going to it

@2ndchances24 Because it's 0 and feels like -17. I'm not going out in severe windchills. Zero is okay without the windchill.

Unless that car is completely buried in snow, my belief is that you did not get enough! haha

We didn't have much s**w. I'm glad you got yours! It's 9F right now according to my computer. We won't be going anywhere. Have a good evening. Did Green Bay win? The Browns lost badly.

I'm glad you didn't get much snow.
Yes, the Packers beat Dallas 48-32. Nobody expected the Packers to win, except Green Bay, where the poll showed 72% believed we would win. It was lopsided for most of the game at 48-16 at one point before they started getting points.
I'm sorry the Browns lost.

Oh wow, that is way too much snow! And I feel like we got a lot - but not compared to that. We got at least 6 inches, guessing more around 8 to 9.

I corrected the amount. It was 13.5. I know that isn't much of a difference. I'm glad she did too. I found out who cleaned it off.

You really got alot of snow.
I have not seen the news yet today to see what our total was.
The deep freeze is here, and our temperatures are that cold dry kind, which is healthy weather, provided that you dress for it. I find it easier to tolerate than when it is closer to freezing as it gets awful damp.
