I have been becoming rather unfit and unhappy with myself lately. I have been gaining weight despite working a lot of hours in a physically demanding job. I had an executive checkup when I went home last December and my suspicions were right, I had PCOS which explains the rapid weight gain and the difficulty of losing weight.
My doctor started me on medications and lo and behold I lost 6 kilos since. I am getting married this June and I really want to feel good in my own skin again. So I invested in myself and joined the gym early this month. I have been managing to squeeze it in my busy schedule and I am feeling happier with myself.
