The nurse arrives in just over two hours. She said between 12 and 1. I hope she doesn't make me wait. My brain will explode if she does.
When I got down to exercise class this morning, I told them the fiasco that came about because of this visit. They looked at me like I had two heads. I don't think they ever saw or heard me vent before. It felt good to get it off my chest. Still, being that upset was also good for the bike. I pedaled faster than usual and got my ten miles in, in record time. My speed was pushing 14 mph most of the time. It took me just over 43 minutes for ten miles. I also have all my steps for the day, though I will do more walking as the step count is a combination of walking and bike.
I'm ready for her. I want to tell her never to come back. We'll see if I go through with that. I also have the other nurse's number so I can call him. Which I'm seriously thinking of doing.
The only thing all this is detrimental for is working on a book. I opened two of them this morning and closed them. The only thing going on in my brain right now is the nurse visit. Once that's taken care of, I'll be able to settle down and write again.
How do you handle aggravations? Do you let people know how you feel, or do you bottle it up inside?
Thanks for reading. The image is in response to @AmbiePam's post this morning about unique items. I cropped it, so it should post.

I must have missed it. What happened with the nurse that has you so upset? I thought it was the male nurse who missed the appointment.

It was. Last night the woman who's coming today, called to confirm the appointment and made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about regarding the other nurse. My brain has been exploding since last night with her holier than thou attitude on the phone. I have a feeling she canceled the appointment for Wednesday which is why he didn't show up.

@snowy22315 I didn't blow up, and I did set the record straight.

I typically vent about it, then after I calm down I'm pretty much over it. You may or may not have seen my rants. I try not to let it bottle up, because that's not healthy for anyone.

@just4him I did a lot of them, I just didn't call them 'rants'. I just knew what I was doing when I wrote them.

@kaylachan It's good you knew what you were doing when you wrote them.

Exercise is a great release for aggravation.

When I am steamed up about something it is really hard for me to be productive mentally. I think if you had tried to work on either book you would have regretted it.

I absolutely love the decoration in the picture!
With confrontations, I loathe them, but for my mental health, I take a breath to try to calm down, but then I think about the best way to communicate with them, and hit the ground running. Being upset is miserable, and I want to work it out cordially as soon as possible.

I usually let it out. It just makes you miserable if you don't

That's a lovely photo. Are those Peeps in the vase? lol Looks so cute. How I handle aggravations varies. If it's my husband, many times I will just seethe inside. Other than that, It's 50/50. Have a good weekend.
