There was a Republican fundraiser on Friday held by Johnson County Republicans. Ted Nugent was the keynote speaker so that tells you the level of seriousness and elevation at the event. Anyway there was a mannequin wearing a Joe Biden mask and t-shirt that said "Let's Go Brandon". Attendees got to kick it and hit it with a bat. Seriously. There is video of this. Traditional Republicans love to say that the office of the presidency should be respected no matter who occupies it. And the MAGA cult members were incensed when comedian Kathy Griffin posed with a fake Trump severed head. Seems like many of them are okay with physically attacking a physical representation of Joe Biden though. To be fair some Republican leaders in Kansas have condemned the stunt. The chairperson for the Johnson County Republicans tried to explain it away as a promotion for a local karate school to promote a self-defense class. Sure. Right.
