Chad My Son has Surgery Tomorrow

Tomorrow, my son is scheduled to have surgery on his hands. The carpal tunnel has gotten so bad, he has pain most of the time. Also, there's numbing in the sides, that reaches into his wrists.
Kristine will go with him tomorrow, to make sure all the paperwork gets signed and dated. They have good insurance, which I'm happy about.
His wife will probably call, to give an update on Chad's condition. I'm glad he finally decided to get this taken care of. Pain is not fun!

Now, his surgery has been postponed until next week. This isn't bad, because his wife will be off work next week, because of Easter break. She's a school teacher.

I had a friend undergo that surgery recently. She only got one done at a time, as she lives alone and wanted to be able to manage everything by herself. She did recover fairly quickly and well, the first few days afterwards she said were painful, but no pain now. She is glad she had it done.
I hope your Chad does well and recovers quickly!

Chad spoke as if he's having both done, at the same time. They only do a small incision now, before it was a long incision down the palm of the hand. My sister had it years ago.

They postponed Chad's surgery until next week. He's glad, because Kristine is off work next week, Easter vacation.

@TheHorse Chad will be restricted, as to how much weight he can lift. I believe it will be about a week-ten days, before he's able to go back to work.

My sister made homemade bread, every week. She developed carpal tunnel and had this surgery.

@kobesbuddy Sure, I hope he won't suffer from the pain any more. It is worthy to have a surgery since the pain is so suffering.

Great photo. Good that he us getting it done. I suffer with carpal tunnel. I know the pain all too well. I can't get the surgery because I can't afford to take the time off work. My sistet, dad and son in law all had it done with great success. I wish him all the best.

That is not a terrible surgery and now surgeons are very good. I´m sure that everything will come out fine.

The girls are Rylie Jo and Nichole. They are Bruce's(my ex)his second family, with Gwen. Chad is our son, from Bruce's first marriage to me. We also had a girl, Mari Lyn.
