I ate lunch and started to do something with my laptop. In a second I fell asleep with my laptop on my lap. I´m glad it did not fall to the floor.
I cannot still understand why is it that my body changed so much after the chemotherapy. Before that, I never had naps, not even when I was a baby.
In a short while I´ll go and give some scraps to Luna. I ate the rest of the trout and the baked potatoes and added boiling water to the pot. When it is warm-cold I´ll blend it and give it to her before her real dinner. It will be a treat for her.
I know thatLuna will like theat but it is more difficult to me as I´ll have more pots to wash.

Our bodies often just demand that we rest. Like you, I have fallen asleep mid-task before, but usually, I realize when I can't go on without a bit of a rest. Chemo is hard on a body, and so is Covid. You've gone through both, it's perfectly OK to rest when you are tired.

I know. I´m even terrified that I´m so near being 80 years old.

You have a young heart. You do admirably well by yourself, Marga

I know. And Luna did enjoy her treats. She much prefers my leftovers.

Your body probably needs to do some repairs after the chemo. Chemo is hard on the body. Sleep is when the body heals. I hope you find that after a couple months you won't need the naps anymore.

We tire faster as we get older too. Glad you didn't drop the laptop

I know. And the bed that I brought from the second floor now is not very wide so I could have dropped it.

Luna will love the treat that you are going to give to her.

There's nothing wrong with resting when you're tired. I don't know if the chemo or COVID had any effect on that. Hope you have a good day.

I feel the same way after getting Covid. There are days when I am so low on energy and would go for nap at unusual times if I can. Taking a power nap of 20_30 minutes was a part of my daily routine since last few decades.
