Do you believe Trump is really suing the co-founders of his "Truth Social"?

I read that Donald Trump partnered his Truth Social media platform with a shell stock and "went public" recently. Today (on my break) I read that his is suing the co-founders of "his" company because they did not manage it well. I'll attach the article I just read, and add more to this post later. Do you believe Trump is suing the guys who tossed a lifeline to him after he was kicked off of Twitter? I know: I have to do more DD.
Former President Donald Trump has sued the co-founders of Truth Social, alleging they mismanaged the social media platform early on and should therefore lose their stock in the company, which recently went public.

Every time I read here about abother thing that Trump has done I say that Republicans are blind if they support him. I would not voye for a person with that hair, to begin with.. BTW where is his wife? I haven´t heard about her for ages.

Somehow, I am not surprised. He sues everyone. He is going to be tied up in court forever anyway, why add to the problems?

@TheHorse Some people really like the Bible verse from 1Corinthians 16:14, ''Let all you do be done with love''...In his case, they should see the verse from Ephesians, 4:31, ''“Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. '' Or this kicker~~''“Make no friendship with a man given to anger, nor go with a wrathful man” (Proverbs 22:24). “Be not quick in your spirit to become angry, for anger lodges in the heart of fools” (Ecclesiastes 7:9). Just thoughts...mere thoughts...

He already DID. Donald Trump has sued two co-founders of his newly public Trump Media & Technology Group Corp., claiming they set the company up improperly and shouldn’t get any stock in it. To cut it short, he want to throw them out without giving them a cent.
