Returned the "Fob" for Money Back

Jay drove me to the Kia dealership in Bay City, Mi. This was where the Jeep Compass repairs are done and it's the company that manufactures this vehicle. We waited about 45 minutes, to get the new key fob reprogrammed. The man who took care of us was exceptionally kind and he knew his job well. First he apologized, because we'd traveled such a long way, for absolutely nothing. The fob that I'd been sold had no inner connection, to be reprogrammed. There was nothing inside it! No, this didn't cost us anything, but my blood was boiling. The store I bought this fob from, knew exactly what I was up against! This morning I approached the business counter, expecting someone to pick an argument with me. Instead, a very sweet lady gladly refunded my money, no questions asked. I thanked her and left without one word of anger. $27.00 isn't a lot of money, but it's definitely too much to pay for an item that I can't use!
