My great grand son got an ear infection Tuesday night so now we will see him next Wednesday. So my husband took me to apple bees for ribs and fries to make up to me since I was sad not seeing him. I was not really sad. But a good meal was worth it.
Hopefully the weather will be nice next Wednesday to take him to the free part of the zoo.
Wednesday was perfect weather. Doesn't that figure.

Well, at least you can see him soon. I haven't been to Applebees in a long time. I went once during the pandemic and got this little teeny tiny steak. All of the food seemed to be in miniature. We went sometime around 2010..and it was really good. I got one of those sizzling platters.

I love going out for nice ribs. That´s one of the things that are made better out than in my kitchen. Unfortunatly they are much more expensive too.

I'm glad you had a good meal. Our Applebee's is a great disappointment so we stopped going there. I'm sorry your great grandson got sick. I hope the weather next Wednesday will be perfect. Have a good day.

I haven't been to Applebee's in years. The one near us got closed. They have gone down hill in my opinion. It was my grand parents favorite place when I was growing up.

The one here has good food you do seem to get less which is ok with us we could never eat all the fries and we tell them less sauce.

I think I know what you mean, every kid needs to see a zoo if it is well run. It teaches kids a lot and contrary to popular belief once a animal gets stuck in a situation, the zoo will take better care of it than the wild. I think its neat you have young-in's around you to remind you what its about. I am like screw those little jerks. Perfect weather means you have to do it. You will have fun I promise.
