Foot cycle – 60 minutes. Calories burned: 853. Total calories burned: 1087. Calorie budget: 2792. Calories consumed: 1429. Steps: 13,325. Saturday, April 6 – Weight – 203.6. Exercise: Walking – 80 minutes. Calories burned: 379. Foot cycle – 40 minutes. Calories burned: 569. Total calories burned: 948. Calorie budget: 2653. Calories consumed: 1942. Steps: 12,293. Sunday, April 7 – Weight – 202.8. Exercise: Foot cycle – 77 minutes. Calories burned: 1095. Walking – 35 minutes. Calories burned: 166. Total calories burned: 1261. Calorie budget: 2966. Friday, April 12 – Weight – 200.9. I was pleased when I saw this morning's weight. I'm finally back down. Hopefully, I can keep this downward trend going. I haven't gotten on the scale lately. Now I'm sick; so I won't be weighing myself anytime soon. Have a good weekend.

Awesome..you have lost 3 pounds this week..way to go! I am holding steady..but need to focus more on losing. I have probably lost a little, but not in the way I would like to. Congrats!

We ate out too much this week for me to lose any but at least I didn't gain either. That's about the best I can hope for some days.

When you keep your calories consumed around 1,400, your weight always goes down. Good job!

Losing weight is not so difficult. Problem is it goes from places I would like it to be around. I wish I could be as disciplined as you. By the way, the steps you mentioned. Do they include steps taken in a typical day, such as going to the refrigerator to get some milk?

Yes. Every step is counted. I have my phone attached to my hip. The phone app counts my steps.

I'm down to 230. Which isn't bad considering I've stopped activly trying. I do work out, I am careful, but still.

I think you did great, that's good to be down again and hopefully you can make it to where you want on Tuesday. I haven't done well, haven't even been trying with the stress of the inspection. I will try to get back on track next week and work out daily as well.
