Just thought I'd moon ya again =D

I took these shots with my phone, not as good as ones taken by a high quality camera but...

I love my new phone, only for its camera. The moon on the left was taken on the 19th and the one on the right was taken last night, it wasn't dark yet for either shot and whenever I try to get a shot after it's dark I get a bright round blob. Ok, so a phone camera usually can't get high quality shots like a fancy camera can but it's not bad, right? I keep dreaming about the day I can afford a top of the line Nikon but I doubt that'll ever happen, the camera I want only costs approximately $5000 and the lens I want only costs $3000, I think I'll just have to settle for the phone camera I gots Have you heard this song before?

I like this song. Wow, that’s an expensive camera. My BIL is selling his camera for $1,800, but I don’t know how much it cost originally.

I always check the top of the line Nikons to see what they do and of course they're always way outta my price range ...... so I dream on.

I am also looking for one of those extension rods for cell phones so people can take photos of themselves with a nice background but in my case that might be a wonderful way to get a really good shot of the mountains we have here but I am not sure I really want to do that

It’s awesome for a phone camera. Both my sons are into photography. They splurged on those fancy cameras, extra lenses, tripods, etc. each have one photo contests and also have some enlarged photos framed and hanging on their walls. I would never be able to figure out how to use one of those cameras.

They're lucky, not many people can afford those cameras and lenses. I'd love to learn but I'm happy with my weee phone camera.

@rebelann They each bought them when they began working and added devices to them little by little. All this took place before marriages and having kids

I know "swiss cheesy" comment.

Who hasn't heard this one if you were around in the 60's-70's or listen to Classic Rock stations. Arguably their best tune along with "Sweet Emotion." Nice pick.

Like the crescent moon, that one I can't get a shot of cuz by the time it rises it's too dark to get a shot that isn't just a bright blurr

I noticed that as well. I got this phone in February and I love the camera portion. I know Vince is a pro, can he get moon shots when the sky is really dark? I only get a bright blur if I try to get a moon shot when it's dark.

@rebelann He has got good moon shots from time to time. I don't think a bright moon is the easiest thing to photograph.
