Friday Morning Brief

Thank God It's Friday! And I know what day it is. 
Good morning from partly sunny Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. Alexa said we're getting rain later. It looks like the clouds are rolling in for it. It's currently 48 F and getting into the mid 50s again today.
Plans for today:
1. Notifications
2. Steps - inside. It's windy out there.
3. Work on book
4. Post - Health Report
5. Start work on next country to post about - Australia, home of @JudyEv. I hope I can do justice to her country.
6. Relax with the TV and work out on the foot cycle.
Okay, there you have it. It looks like a lot. Maybe it is, but most of it is right here, so not too much. If I have time, I'll even read. I just got the complete Harry Potter series boxed set. I'm looking forward to reading them again, along with the other books I've ordered this year. Who knows, I might get a couple of books read this year and worked on.

You know I never forget Fridays! Just returned from brunch with my friend, Sandi, the one with cancer. One of her daughters has been here for school vacation with her husband and two daughters. We had a blast!
Dinner with hubs tonight at a favorite restaurant that we forgot to visit this year.
You certainly had a lot of plans today. Enjoy them all and happy Friday!

My friend is holding her own, and she flies back to NY every month for tests and infusions. Sometimes she returns with great news. Other times with so-so news.

I am playing in a paintball tournament in Dallas, TX this weekend (we started yesterday...Thursday), so that is my only plans for today and this entire weekend. We did great on Thursday, winning all three of our matches, but only did so-so today, winning 1 of our 2 matches.

@just4him We went 1-1 on Saturday, and had just enough points to qualify for the playoff rounds on Sunday. However, due to severe weather and tornadoes in the area, all Sunday games were postponed. We will continue the tournament in 2 months when we play our next tournament in Maryland.

I read thr first three books of the Harry Potter series. I really enjoyed them.

@Tampa_girl7 Each book is a little thicker. So, it will take a while to read, unless you're a fast reader. I'm not a fast reader.

While hubby had his treatment I got my grocery shopping done. I spent a lot for not very much, if you know what I mean. It was in the mid 70's today. I like that a lot. I got a lot of my plants taken outside.

I really liked Australia when I visited. The plan ride wasn’t fun though.
Sounds like your day will be a good one. I’m trying to make preparations for the storms coming, and the possible (likely) tornadoes tomorrow. I’m charging everything, I got groceries, and I’m making sure my friend who is oblivious, knows about it.

Once I started I did not stop so I did all my blogging and I posted 5 articles to Vocal Media, Now I could take it easier on the weekend but you know me I will be looking on my PC for more things to post,

You're not the only one. I read a post title wrong for one of the good news posts recently as killer instead of hiker. I had to read it a couple times before my eyes registered the word and sent it to my brain.
