It took awhile, but as Promised here is the statue

The statue is the late, great Triple Crown winner Secretariat. He was born in the same county as the location of the train festival just south of here..Not sure where he is buried..Giddyup!

He’s buried at Clayborne Farm in Paris, Kentucky. One of the greatest thoroughbred horses ever!

I thought it was. There have been very few. He not only won the Belmont, but did so by 31 lengths!
