Going to sit at the lake

I am going to go out and visit with Jane. Instead of going to Wendy's we shall go sit at the lake.
Prices everywhere are going up and up and eating fast food is not good for either of us.
Meanwhile, at home, I am cleaning out a closet to put the attic things in. It was mostly Christmas stuff. The closet needs sorted anyway.
I also am mowing and working outdoors. It is nice and quiet without workmen here today.
It is a happy day.

I have until May 23rd to get my apartment in order for inspection. My closets are sorted, my kitchen and bathroom are spotless, but my living room has far too many boxes. I have called my friend, Naomi, and told her to get her stuff this weekend, I have asked my dad to get the things for the church garage sale, and the things for my sister go in my car until her next visit. I’m hoping that takes care of it all. Now for the hard part; getting the complex to fix my broken toilet handle. Usually though, when they know an inspection is coming, they get it done.
The lake sounds like a lovely alternative to Wendy’s. Although it makes me want a Frosty!

I quite enjoy cleaning out cupboards but it depends if I have room to put things elsewhere.

I know I would prefer going to the lake over fast food any day. Good choice!
