This morning, I was looking for something to wear. My eye caught a sheet of paper on the floor. It was my husband's death certificate. What a shock! I wonder how that could happen. It was in a file box. I just put it in there a couple of weeks ago. How did it get out on the floor? Is there something paranormal about this? Is someone trying to tell me something? What do you think? Did anything weird ever happen to you? I accidentally deleted some responses because I thought I was in the discussion part of my profile. I thought there were six responses. I am confused. If I deleted your post, I am sorry. I did not mean to. Please comment again.

It reminds me of some of the notes that my husband gave me before he passed. One of them is on my fridge door. It was a shock finding it, but it also was a comfort because it reminded me of how much he loved me and enjoyed our marriage. I'm still wearing his wedding band on my index finger after all these years since his passing...I miss him terribly. I don't think it was there for shock value, but to remind you that he is still there for you and still is deeply in love with you and will stay by your side no matter what happens. He just didn't want you to put him in the box and forget about him...keep him in your heart and don't worry about what he is trying to tell you other than he still loves you very deeply. And it really wasn't a wasted morning reading it and remembering...

It happens so often that I don't find it weird any more. Kinda, my slippers end up in washroom, and I end up searching the entire house for them. Cell phone lands in another room.

I did not accidentally take it out. I only have two things in the file box. As I clean, I am putting important stuff in there.

@akalinus - Things that I search disappear and two or three days later they appear exactly where I was searching for them. Two days ago we searched everywhere with my husband, I needed my cutter, it was nowhere to be found. This morning it was on the table.

@akalinus Yes, I do have a strange story to share but not here or want to share it and wish can find the right one to help me. I hope things improve for you. One story I will share is that when it is dark out and no lights on in the building opposite there is something in white that moves. I find it very fascinating.

@akalinus As my elves are small, they usually place things in places where it is hard for me to get. It is difficult for me to bend. But yes, from what you tell, this is different.

@marguicha My gremlins hide things that I desperately need. My son and I used to search but not find it. Later, it would show up in the same exact spot that we searched 20 times. I think that is their idea of a joke. It wasn't funny.

For us, that would be a sign that your husband misses you and might want to be remembered by you through acts of visitation, prayer or anything that had something to do with him when he was still present.
