Happy Memorial Day to everyone celebrating today. Good morning from cloudy, rainy Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. We're having typical Memorial Day weather - Rain. Yesterday was a good day. I planned to watch the Indy 500 and did after the four-hour delay. The delay helped as I got all my steps. I enjoyed the race. I also went to church yesterday. The sermon was by our Associate Pastor. It kept me awake, which is important when you sit in the first row. It was a laid-back day yesterday. My plans for today include getting my steps. Inside again today as the weather is spitting outside. We had a good downpour all night. I'll also work on my book and get the notifications done today. And as it's a holiday, I'll watch movies. My shows can wait for another day. I was happy with the scale this morning. So now that 200 is firmly in my rearview mirror, I took out venison for my dinner today. It's a good way to celebrate the weight loss and Memorial Day. I won't even wish for the sun to shine. It's Memorial Day. It's a given we're going to have rain. That's how my day looks.
