Thursday Morning Brief

Good morning from cool, sunny Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It feels so good to have cool weather. They're predicting wind too. We had a windstorm last night. It gusted to 55 mph. They're talking 35 mph today. Right now, it's calm. I'll take it.
Today is the housing inspection. I didn't have a lot to do this morning and knew it wouldn't take long. It didn't. Maybe ten minutes. I'm ready.
Other than that, I have catchup here with not being here much yesterday, and I want to work on my book. Since, I need to wait around until Housing gets here, I should get all that done.
I'm going to write a character letter to author today for In the Hands of Mighty Men. I need this to help me know what's on the character's mind.
Okay, a somewhat quiet day. I need it after the last couple of days. I'll also get my steps. I should probably do that right now, so I won't need to worry about it later when I'm stuck in the apartment. Housing will be here between 12 and 5. From past experience it means they'll show up for their two-minute inspection at 4:45.

@popciclecold I hate them too, but I have no say in them. At least the apartment is always clean, so it doesn't take much to get ready.

Just waiting around for the inspection is a hassle but at least you have plenty to do while you wait.
Your living room looks comfy and cozy. I can picture you there chatting with us and working on your books. I understand now why you can't rearrange your furniture (after our conversation the other day). The sliding door to the patio gives plenty of light.

I am glad you passed your inspection but I would not want someone coming in and invading our privacy. I see some of your home and it looks very cozy and is that a porch I see in the picture? I have a busy day and will not be able to watch much TV because have some things to do. Thank you for the briefing for Thursday. It is Friday here in Jerusalem.
